The following reports have been compiled showing the market condition as
of the end of May, 2011.    It includes data in various categories 
covering the cities of Fresno and Clovis over a two-year period.

The charts are updated in the middle of each month.

The results for May are mixed!    The median sold price is up (highest for 2011), while the number of solds is down. The days on the market before a completed sale and a month's supply of inventory have both decreased.   The month's supply of inventory is again the lowest its been in 2 years!
